This year, World Orphans/Vulnerable Children’s Day falls on Monday, November 9. In addition to this, the Seventh-day Adventist Church will be observing Sabbath November 21 as World Orphans/Vulnerable Children’s Sabbath. Below are some especially prepared promotional material, activitities and a sermon provided by the Children’s Ministries Department of the Seventh-day Adventist Church that may be used on social media to promote the day, and also a devotional by Gerson Roeske, Vice President of Reach International. Please feel free to use these resources to observe this special day in your church.
