Jeff Jordan, honorary Associate Coordinator for Deaf Ministry at the General Conference opened an afternoon session of the 2018 Annual Council with prayer while his wife, Melissa Jordan, interpreted.

The featured singer for each morning and afternoon session of the 2018 Annual Council was Stephanie Dawn, who is blind.
